  • Retinol: Helps reduce the appearance of acne by increasing cell turnover and decreasing oil. It also boosts blood flow to the skin, which increases the production of collagen.
  • Triple amino acid formulation: Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate is a mild amino acid cleansing, plus Sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium methyl cocoyl taurate ensures that dirt, make-up, sunscreen, and excess sebum is washed away while leaving your skin supple and hydrated.
  • Double Hyaluronic Acid: Penetrates the skin and binds water to skin cells, help increase skin moisture, infusing all layers of the skin with valuable, rejuvenating moisture.
  • Vitamin E: Increase the moisture content of the skin while helping to keep your skin's protective barrier intact.

1. What's The Difference Between Facial Cleanser And Toner

Just like bathing soap is to body, so are facial cleansers to face. Face cleanser washes face to remove impurities, excess sebum, makeup, and dirt. Meanwhile, a toner is a liquid that eliminates leftover impurities missed by cleansers while also replenishing good nutrients that the cleanser took away for balance & enhanced clarity.

2. How To Use A Retinol Facial Cleanser

Wet the face with clean water, apply a small amount to clean fingertips. then gently massage around face. Rinse with clean water and pat dry. Use preferably at night starting 3 times a week.

3. How to Use A Retinol Facial Toner

Apply 3/4 drops at night to cleansed skin with a cotton pad then let it absorb in. The toner should be used at night starting 3x a week. No need to rinse off.

4. What Products/Ingredients to Avoid Using Together with Retinol?

Retinol is a powerful ingredient that can transform your skin's texture and appearance when used correctly. However, certain ingredients can negatively interact with retinol and cause irritation or other adverse reactions.

Examples of such products and ingredients include AHA (Glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid), benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and vitamin C. Therefore, it is best to avoid using these products together with retinol.

5. What Products/Ingredients Suitable to Use with Retinol?

While some products may not play well with retinol, others can complement its effectiveness. Some of the ingredients and products suitable for use with retinol include niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, peptides, 24k gold, ceramides, and vitamin E.

Using these products along with retinol can help enhance your skin's appearance and texture.

6. Is Too Much To Use Retinol, Toner, Serum & Moisturizer Together?

It is okay to use a range of retinol products in the same skincare routine for optimal results. However, the key is in the frequency and amount applied. To avoid irritation or adverse reactions, it is recommended to use a full retinol lineup 2-3 times a week in very small amounts each step.

7. Can I Use Retinol in the Morning?

Retinol and sunlight do not go hand in hand. Exposure to light can interfere with retinol's activity and cause major skin irritation, sunburn, and peeling.

Therefore, it is best to include retinol in your PM routine only. This will allow retinol to work effectively without any interference from sunlight.
