Quality Issue Refunds
Refunds are only supported in cases where the product has a verified quality issue. In such cases, we will refund the corresponding product amount or offer additional compensation.
Refunds for Unwanted Packages in Transit
If you request a refund for an unwanted package already in transit:
- We will deduct the product's factory price, shipping fees, and package destruction costs before processing the refund.
- Note: Due to international shipping regulations, undelivered packages cannot be returned to our warehouse and must be destroyed at the destination.
Refunds or Reshipping Due to Customer Refusal or Address Issues
If package delivery is affected by customer refusal, incorrect address, or similar issues:
- The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
- If a refund is requested, we will deduct the product's factory price, shipping fees, and package destruction costs before issuing the refund.
Important Notice
As this is an international transaction, additional fees apply for either reshipping or destroying packages. Full refunds are only supported for cases of verified product quality issues.

Refunds and Exchanges (Within 30 Days)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Gifts
- If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return.
