Neutriherbs is available to several countries worldwide. However, due to international shipping constraints, we are not able to ship to all countries. Shipping Costs and Time Frames
About the shipping cost, please refer to the final result on the checkout page. In most countries, orders of up to $80 are eligible for free shipping.
In general, we have two shipping way
1. For order over 100$, we ship by Fedex or DHL. ( It takes 5-7 days arrive. )
*Varies from country to country
2. For order under 100$, we ship by Official Post. ( It takes 12-20 days arrive. )
*Varies from country to country
**Due to local policies, EU countries can only use Fedex or DHL for delivery.
***Due to customs clearance problems in most African countries, we usually can only use the Official Post for shipment.
Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days. However, shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to update. If you have additional questions, please contact customer service.
Taxes, Duties and Customs
For orders shipped outside of the US/UK, any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees may be incurred. Please note Neutriherbs is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or other fees.
Customers are solely responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees that may be added to international orders by the shipping carrier.
If the package shows delivered, but a package has not been collected, please contact your shipping carrier to conduct a lost package search or to take advantage of any available shipping insurance they may offer.
Neutriherbs is responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will replace an order if you do not receive the item within 60 business days.
If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address.
So please double check your shipping address when you enter it into the system to ensure you receive your package.Neutriherbs is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.

Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
1. Check with neighbors and family members
2. Look around the delivery location
3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
