ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days. However, shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. International shipments will not ship until all item(s) ordered become available. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to update. If you have additional questions, please contact customer service.

NEUTRIHERBS is available to several countries worldwide. However, due to international shipping constraints, we are not able to ship to all countries. Important Update for U.S. Customers
As of February 4, 2025, the U.S. government has implemented a new 10% tariff on all goods imported from China. This regulation fully cancels the previous $800 duty exemption for Chinese goods, meaning that all imports, regardless of value, will now be subject to additional tariffs. The new tariff will be added on top of existing duties, ranging from 10% to 60%. Affected products will no longer qualify for the minimum duty exemption under U.S. Section 321.
What You Need to Know:
- The $800 duty exemption for Chinese goods has been completely canceled.
- All imports from China, including Hong Kong, will be subject to the new tariffs, regardless of value.
- All packages shipped via couriers like FEDEX, DHL, etc., must have applicable duties paid before they can be signed for and delivered.
Recommendation:
To avoid the complexities of customs clearance and high taxes, we highly recommend using our Office Post shipping option (12-15 working days). This method can help you avoid cumbersome customs processes and minimize additional duties, allowing you to simply sit back and wait for your package to arrive at your doorstep.

For orders shipped outside of the US/UK, any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees may be incurred. Please note NEUTRIHERBS is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or other fees.
Customers are solely responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees that may be added to international orders by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Agreement
NEUTRIHERBS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. NEUTRIHERBS will not replace or refund an order if the package is missing. If the package shows delivered, but a a package has not been collected, please contact your shipping carrier to conduct a lost package search or to take advantage of any available shipping insurance they may offer. Please note NEUTRIHERBS does not provide shipping insurance.
Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
As an added layer of security, we do offer signature on delivery for online orders. We encourage you to exercise this option if you are concerned with the security of your delivery.
Address Changes
If you wish to change your shipping address after making an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
Please keep in mind that once orders are processed, we cannot change the shipping address. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package.
NEUTRIHERBS is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.
