About Refund


Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you have purchased an item that is past 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method credit within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver ships the order to themselves and gives it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find your return.
